- Louisville, KY
- Fort Worth, TX
- Richmond, VA

- Omaha, NE
- Cincinnati, OH
- San Antonio, TX
Texas cities ranked well because of the absence of a state income tax, lower cost of living and mild winters. They also scored high for the medical options available to aging adults and for the great deal of senior living options available.
