In this seminar, we will look at what is involved in selling a home and give you practical advice on preparing your home for sale including what repairs you may need to make, what might show up on an inspection report, and how to make your home more attractive to buyers. We’ll also discuss keeping your home as an investment property or using the proceeds from your sale to invest in other property as part of a 1031 Exchange.
